Cancellation Policy

Healing Sessions — Terms & Conditions (Single Session & 3-Session Package) 1. What You're Purchasing Covers either a single energy healing session (30–60 min) or the 3-Session Package (three sessions, 30–60 min each, booked and used one at a time), conducted online. 2. Payment Payment is made in full at checkout. 3. Session & Package Validity Single sessions should be scheduled within 60 days of purchase. Package sessions must all be used within 6 months. Sessions not used within these windows are forfeited; reach out before the window closes if you need more time. 4. Scheduling & Rescheduling Each session is booked individually when you're ready. Give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule — this doesn't use up a session. Less notice, and no-shows, count as a used session, except at my discretion. 5. No Change, No Charge If a full session produces no movement in your self-rated number, it's not charged — refunded in full for a single session, or not counted against your three for a package. Any reduction, even one point, counts as a completed, charged session, though I may still refund at my discretion if I feel it fell short. For the package: if two sessions in a row produce no relief, I'll refund the full package. Doesn't apply to rescheduled or no-show sessions. 6. Not a Substitute for Medical Care This work is not licensed, certified, or regulated by the State of California, and isn't a substitute for care from a licensed physician, mental health provider, or veterinarian. Purchasing confirms you've read and agree to the disclosure statement provided at booking. 7. Assumption of Risk Energy healing is complementary; results aren't guaranteed. Please continue any necessary medical or mental health care from licensed professionals alongside these sessions. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michael Mayo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from these services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid. 9. Refund Policy Cancel before your first session for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a session is used, refunds follow the No Change, No Charge policy above. 10. Transferability Sessions and packages are for the purchaser only and non-transferable, except at my discretion. 11.
